Hemp I Shop is set up by Dutch entrepeneur Paul Elzerman. Due to health problems he started a quest for healthy foods. During this quest he discovered the nutritious properties of hemp seeds. Hemp seeds are rich in gamma-linoleic acid, essential amino acids, vitamin B and E and essential omega 3 and 6 fatty acids. It's thus the most nutritious seed found on this planet.
Thanks to hemp seeds, his health improved quickly and he decided to research hemp a bit more. He discovered that there are an estimated 50,000 different possible uses of industrial hemp. Together with the substantial benefits in terms of healthy food, body care, sustainability and the environment, he found that it is not just a great alternative to conventional crops, but the solution! He was so excited about this that he decided to start a concept store dedicaded to hemp.
