Hemp HoodLamb at the THC Expo in L.A.

Adam and Doug, founders and owners of Hemp Works, just got back from the THC Expo in L.A. A new trade show to showcase the beneficial aspects of Cannabis and many products made from Hemp. Hemp HoodLamb had a booth in the Hemp Pavilion, which highlighted the many qualities of Hemp, environmentally and industrially. It was also Adams 40th Birthday (Congratulations Adam!!) celebrated with great friends and family. Check out the photos!

It was great to meet up with so many new and old friends and see the whole pro-cannabis movement in the States is stronger then ever. The medicinal values of Cannabis and the many, many beneficial aspects of Hemp for food, clothing and fuel are becoming more and more recognized. Finally the skepticism towards hemp is wearing off and the media and governments are approaching hemp from a positive view point!

 

BRIGHT

At the end of January, we were at the BRIGHT skateboard trade show in Frankfurt with our German distributor Burning Business who also displayed his own brand Team 667 "One step ahead of the devil" (www.team667.com) and Ontour (www.ontour.nl) from Eindhoven. It was great to meet a lot of our German customers and show them the big introduction for winter 09-10: The HoodLambs Kids Line with the Junior HoodLamb Jacket and Baby HoodLamb Sleeping Bag! We will soon tell you more on this blog...

The BRIGHT is always in an empty old police station and every brand has their own little office. After the show they lock the building up for 6 months, until they have the next show. There also is a small indoor skate park and in the summer they set up a big park in the outside courtyard. See you there next summer?

Viva Sativa rocks with HoodLamb Breakers

Our Austrian distributors Viva Sativa recently presented the Summer 09 HoodLamb Collection at the Cultiva Tradeshow in Vienna. Check out this video of the funky fashion show they organized with local HoodLamb Breakdancers.

Bread & Butter Report 2: Special Guests...

GMB, Rotterdams' finest hip hop artist and his friend came by the HoodLamb booth at Bread & Butter to see what's new for Summer 09. They couldn't resist getting a signature HoodLamb Jacket and demonstrated how to be a HoodLamb in style!

Bread & Butter Report 1: HoodLamb Breakers

Hola!

HoodLamb crew is back from Bread & Butter Barcelona.
Suitcases are getting unpacked and we're slowly going through all the footage of the trade show.
It was great to see our distributors again and meet so many new people.
We were stoked to get so many positive reactions on our new collection. Thank you all!
